PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Terms: Full prepayment is required to confirm all bookings.

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer / wire transfer

Credit card payments (subject to a 3% processing fee)

Standard Rate:

All bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-modifiable, including in cases of personal circumstances, illness, travel disruption, or force majeure.

Freedom Rate (Optional):

Guests may opt for the Freedom Rate at the time of booking.

Rate supplement: +20% of the total accommodation price

Change or cancellation permitted until May 4th, 2026

Cancellation fee: 50% of the total accommodation price

100% non-refundable after May 4th, 2026

This rate constitutes the sole and exclusive exception to the standard non-refundable policy
